Limpiador refrescante de  naranja

En este mes nos estamos centrando en la vitamina c y sus múltiples beneficios, por ello os he escogido esta receta de cosmética natural muy sencilla y con las propiedades de la naranja.

Para este limpiador  vamos a combinar varios ingredientes, como el agua de azahar, que es la sumidad florida del naranjo y el aceite de petitgrain, que se extrae de las hojas y las ramas verdes del naranjo amargo.

Vamos a obtener un limpiador suave, fresco y con un aroma fantástico. Dejará una piel limpia y con mucha luz.

Ingredientes:

60 ml de agua de azahar

6 gotas de aceite esencial de petitgrain

10 ml de pétalos de caléndula

Preparación:

En una botella mezclamos todos los ingredientes. Para su mejor conservación la botella deberá ser de ámbar, y también podemos incorporar a la receta una pizca de raíz de lirio como conservante.

Aplicación:

Podemos aplicarlo con un algodón por todo el rostro, o con un pulverizador. Este limpiador podemos utilizarlo con tónico también, por el agua del azahar.

• Cuidado¡¡ os aconsejo adquirir un agua de azahar de buena calidad, ya que si no os podréis encontrar muchas con un alto contenido en alcohol o con más ingredientes que no son aconsejables para la piel.

6 drops of petitgrain essential oil
10 ml of calendula petals
preparation:
In a bottle we mix all the ingredients. For better preservation the bottle should be amber, and we can also add a pinch of lily root as a preservative to the recipe.
Application:
We can apply it with a cotton all over the face, or with a spray. This cleanser can be used with a tonic, too, thanks to the orange blossom water.
