Mascarilla de pomelo y glicerina.
La glicerina nos ayudara como emoliente y combinada con el pomelo, nos tonificara, depurara, rehidrata y fortalece la piel.
Ingredientes:
2 cucharadas de glicerina liquida.
1 cucharada de ralladura de cascara de pomelo
2 cucharaditas de zumo de pomelo.
2 gotas de aceite esencial de pomelo.
Preparación: mezclar bien la glicerina con la ralladura de pomelo, si la mezcla esta muy pegajosa, calentar ligeramente la glicerina, con una cucharadita de agua hirviendo, luego agregamos el zumo de pomelo, poco a poco. Agregamos el aceite de pomelo y mezclamos todo bien hasta que se forme una pasta espesa. Esta mascarilla la podremos guardar hasta dos semanas en la nevera.
Aplicación: aplicaremos una capa uniforme sobre la piel, sin que toque los ojos. La dejaremos actuar 20 minutos sobre el rostro, después la aclararemos con agua. Si queremos hacer un exfoliante, podemos incorporar en este paso un poco de cáscara de pomelo, para realizar una exfoliación superficial.
Ojo ¡¡ si la sacamos de la nevera y está muy espesa, dejarla templar al aire.
Grapefruit and glycerin mask.
Glycerin will help us as an emollient and combined with grapefruit, it will tone, purify, rehydrate and strengthen the skin.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of liquid glycerin.
1 tablespoon grated grapefruit peel
2 teaspoons of grapefruit juice.
2 drops of grapefruit essential oil.
Preparation: mix the glycerin well with the grated grapefruit, if the mixture is very sticky, heat slightly the glycerin, with a teaspoon of boiling water, then add the grapefruit juice, little by little. Add the grapefruit oil and mix well until a thick paste forms. This mask can be stored up to two weeks in the fridge.
Application: apply a uniform layer on the skin, without touching the eyes. Let it act 20 minutes on the face, then rinse with water. If we want to make an exfoliant, we can incorporate in this step a little grapefruit peel, to make a superficial exfoliation.
Watch out ¡¡ if we take it out of the fridge and it’s very thick, let it warm up in the air.
